HOW TO GET THE NEW FORD I WANT

superduty (1)

If you’re having a hard time finding the new Ford you want…ordering is the way to go, and for a lot of reasons!

  1. Ford is pushing towards a 50%+ retail order model, which means we will never see the level of stock inventory we saw pre-covid. The days of browsing tons of new units and test driving all the options at a dealership are most likely behind us.
  2. Ford is offering up to $1000 in retail order incentive on certain models for ordering under a customer/business name. In order to get the incentive for the specified customer, the dealer must get a copy of driver’s license and a signed copy of the build sheet or buyers order and upload it to Ford. Not only does the customer receive the retail order incentive, but the retail order customer can choose between the incentives available when the order is scheduled OR the incentives in place when the vehicle arrives. Essentially, a Ford customer gets a better deal on almost any model if they order (instead of buying a stock unit) due to the manufacturer incentives, not even taking into account dealer pricing.
  3. Unlike most other dealers, Buster Miles Ford is selling the following models at invoice pricing, saving you thousands off MSRP! Explorer, Edge, Escape, Expedition, Transit, F150 (excluding specialty lightning, raptor, etc), Ranger, Ecosport, Mustang (no specialty), and Bronco Sports are all being sold at invoice pricing at Buster Miles Ford! Superduty’s are being sold at invoice plus $1000. Buster Miles Ford’s pricing is more aggressive on a custom order because we know we won’t have to tie up cash or pay floor plan interest on a pre-sold custom order, because the customer takes delivery of the vehicle as soon as it arrives on our lot. In addition, we earn incremental allocation for retail sold orders.
  4. When you custom order a new Ford with Buster Miles Ford, all non specialty and non-commercial orders come with a lifetime powertrain warranty as long as you finance a portion of the transaction with one of our preferred lenders!

In conclusion, place a custom order for the features that fit your lifestyle and get exactly what you want in a new Ford because EVERYONE wins in this situation! Ford wins because they can run a leaner operation and anticipate demand, the customer wins because they get exactly what they want without having to compromise  AND on almost all models there is more rebate available and our dealership is willing to discount off pricing. The dealer wins because they make the customer happy, forego paying floorplan interest and tying up cash, and earn additional allocation! ]

So you’ve decided you want to order, what’s next? You either come in to our location and we can build it together OR you build it online on Fords site and send us your order summary! You can type in our zip code of 36264 when prompted, and select us as the dealer and send it to us through a lead form. We then build that order in Ford’s dealer ordering site exactly as you’ve specified and price it that way. At that point, you either say yes or no, pay a small deposit and wait. We then contact you when the order gets scheduled or if there are any commodity constraints in place that we need to work around. Generally 8-10 weeks is standard on the order process with Superduty being an exception right now, they are super hard to get! Click here to begin the process of working with us! Basically, manufacturers keep raising base model pricing due to material costs going up. If you order, you are insulated from said increases. On some models last year, the price protection saved customers several thousand dollars. Additionally, if '23 model orders are anything like '22 model orders...we anticipate Ford offering additional rebates for ordering. Choose between incentives available at time of order and time of vehicle arrival. This is pretty straight forward, you can choose between whichever incentives work best for you... the ones that were available when you ordered vs the ones available when it arrives for delivery. Additionally, if '23 model orders are anything like '22 model orders...we anticipate that Ford will offer an additional rebate for ordering. A Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is Included on MOST MODELS*.... no commercial vehicles, nothing over F-250, no specialty vehicles like lightning, raptor, specialty mustangs, etc. Almost everything qualifies, but not the unusual stuff. You have to finance to get this, we make money on financing and it helps cover the cost of the actual warranty. Delivery is available/included w/in 300 miles. We will bring it to you, if you want... just keep in mind we are driving it, not towing it. Get exactly what you want, but faster! I guess it would be possible for you to wait for one to pop up in stock that is exactly what you want and you happen to get it faster than you would by ordering it, but more than likely you'd still have to compromise and you'd probably do a lot of brain damage trying to sort through all the dealers selling for over MSRP. Save time - Reserve & order online! This goes back to how much time and sanity are you willing to devote in order to maybe find a stock unit at a higher price. It's an Easy Stress-Free Process. You know exactly what you are getting. Capitalize on any retail order rebates that Ford offers on '23 models! **See below for current pricing for 2023 models! What is invoice pricing?! Ordering A New Ford Details & FAQs

Don't Want to Pay Over MSRP? Here's How to Buy a New Ford & Avoid Market Adjustments From inflated markups to "market adjustments" of up to $50,000 over sticker, we have all encountered ridiculous price addendums on new cars. I once saw a Ram truck advertised for what you could buy a Lamborghini for… That's insane! We assure you, there is a better way. SO… how do you avoid paying more than MSRP? Is there a way to pay less than MSRP? The best way to avoid over-paying is to custom order a vehicle. When you do this, you receive a fair, transparent price below market value. You can send us your desired specs, features, colors and more online by building it on the official Ford site. Or, come to our store and sit down with us to build a Ford from scratch. After we build it, we can print out the build sheet displaying all options and pricing to reflect the pricing displayed in the table below. Do you have to put a deposit down? Yes, we do collect a $500 deposit to be applied toward your purchase. The deposit is refundable when we are unable to put the deal together. Reasons that could cause this include: If the purchase is dependent on your trade after the new vehicle arrives. If your order never gets scheduled to build or you cancel prior to it scheduling. Once it’s scheduled, however, we can’t modify the build.  Deposits are not refundable if your vehicle has been scheduled to build and you decide you don’t want it any longer for any reason. I have a trade. What can I do? We anticipate that used car values will be relatively stable over the next few months. Therefore, it’s unlikely you’ll lose enough in value or gain substantial miles to meaningfully affect the trade-in value. We can give you an idea of the trade-in value on the day you order your new vehicle, with the expectation that there could be some decline in value with certain factors like time and mileage. If you are OK with the trade value and the prospect that it will likely change with time, then we can place your order after the deposit is taken. When your vehicle arrives, we will take another look at your trade within our appraisal software. If you are unhappy with the trade figure, you can keep your trade and buy your new order OR you can decide not to take the vehicle you ordered. In that case, you will be refunded your $500. What about rebates? Good news! On most models you will receive an extra $1,000 in rebates just for ordering! On top of that you can choose between the incentives available when the order was placed and the incentives in place when the vehicle arrives, whichever is better for you. How long does it take to get the order? This is a very fluid situation that is constantly changing. Some models, such as the F-150, are close to 10 weeks and some models take much longer (like the Mustang Mach-E Ext Range Premium). There are also weekly commodity constraints that affect what can be built, but we will always keep you in the loop in cases where you can make a slight modification to your order and have it built sooner. BUSTER MILES CUSTOM ORDER PRICING BY MODEL MODEL PRICING Mustang (excludes specialty mustangs) INVOICE Bronco (excludes raptor/everglades) MSRP Bronco Sport MSRP - $500 below MSRP Edge INVOICE Escape INVOICE Expedition INVOICE + $1,000 Explorer INVOICE + $500 F-150 (Excludes Raptor, Lightning, and XL) MSRP - $3,500 F-150 Lightning MSRP Maverick MSRP Mach E MSRP Ranger INVOICE Superduty MSRP E-Transit MSRP Transit MSRP Transit Connect MSRP *excludes specialty order Mustang and Raptor models What is Invoice vs. MSRP? Invoice is typically anywhere from close to $6,000 off high priced vehicles like a loaded-up Super Duty® truck, or close to $500 off the most basic models. The dealer still makes their holdback, but forfeits any additional markup between the labeled invoice price and MSRP. Given the current climate where dealers are often charging over MSRP, this is a considerable savings. Additionally, invoice pricing is very transparent as it is clearly labeled on the vehicle build when we build your custom order. Will Buster Miles honor X PLAN or A PLAN? Yes, of course we will honor any pricing plan you qualify for! Order Your New Ford by Visiting: https://www.bustermilesford.com/customfactoryorder.html

Ford F-150 in Grey

Ford F-150 or F-250: Which Ford Truck Is Best for You?

If you're in the market for a pickup truck, you might not know which works best for your needs. Ford's F-series line of pickup trucks is the best-selling pickup in the country for more than four decades. The F-150 is a light-duty pickup, while the three-quarter-ton F-250 Super Duty is heavier than the half-ton F-150. Use this guide to help you determine if either the 2020 Ford F-150 or the F-250 is a better choice for you. Engine The entire F-series of trucks are known for their powerful engines, but you have several options with both the F-150 and F-250. The F-150 has an engine that suits almost any owner. The base 3.3-liter V-6 engine produces 290 horsepower and 265 pound-feet of torque. Other options include a 2.7-liter turbocharged V-6, a 5.0-liter V-8, a 3.5-liter turbocharged V-6, and a 3.0-liter turbocharged diesel engine. All engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission except for the base engine, which features a six-speed automatic transmission. With the F-250 Super Duty, this larger and heavier vehicle has three engine choices: the standard 6.2-liter V-8 paired with a six-speed automatic transmission, a 6.7-liter turbodiesel, and a 7.3-liter V-8. The latter two are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. more Exterior Both vehicles look similar on the outside due to their aluminum-alloy body and steel frame, and they offer three similar cab styles. The F-150 features a short, standard, or longer truck bed, while the F-250 only comes with a standard truck bed design. Also, F-150 drivers can opt for 22-inch wheels that you cannot find on the F-250. Since the F-250 is the larger of the two vehicles, it has a bigger front end and redesigned front bumper to help funnel more air to cool down the powertrain. Also, this vehicle has recently restyled front and rear taillights. Towing and Hauling The performance of your F-150 depends upon the engine you have. The standard engine can tow a maximum of 7,700 pounds and carry a maximum payload of 1,990 pounds. The top-of-the-line engine can tow a maximum of 13,200 pounds and carry a payload of 3,320 pounds. Each one of the F-150's trims has an independent front suspension system. The Super Duty has larger engines, so you can expect greater towing and payload capabilities. The base engine has a maximum towing capacity of 15,850 pounds and a maximum payload capacity of 7,850 pounds. The 6.7-liter diesel engine can tow up to a class-leading 37,000 pounds for gooseneck trailers. You also gain additional towing capabilities thanks to a fifth-wheel hitch. Finding the best pickup truck that suits your needs can feel overwhelming, but if you know approximately how much you plan to tow and haul, you can narrow down your options.
