The off-road capabilities begin with the ground clearance. The frame is designed to allow the truck to clear hills and maneuver all types of terrain with ease. The trail control feature allows for more control over throttling and braking under 20 mph. All three Ranger trims also feature a terrain management system with four different driving modes: normal, grass/gravel/snow, mud/ruts, sand. There is also a crawl feature that you activate for extra power while working steep inclines or declines.

The STX appearance package adds 17-inch silver aluminum wheels to the Ranger XL. Carbon fiber bumpers, fog lamps, and premium cloth seats give the truck a sleek look.
Create a sporty look with the Sport Appearance package for the XLT and Lariat trims. It includes a black grille with a magnetic surround, magnetic wheel lip moldings, and bumpers and a sport box decal.
Add some shine to all three trims with the Chrome Appearance package. It includes black tow hooks and a chrome bumper for the XL. XLT trucks add in a two-bar chrome grille and exhaust tips. The Lariat adds chrome mirror caps. Add the Black Appearance package is available for the XLT and Lariat trims. It features black accents along with the fender vents, running boards, bash plates, and mirrors. The bed turns black with a spray-on bed liner in this package.

The 2019 Ford Ranger screams strength with a high strength steel frame and bumper. The extra muscle means you can take it anywhere, and it will hold up. The steel bumper has steel tow hooks built-in to make sure that your load will not get away from you regardless of the terrain.
