Buster Miles Heflin Ford Inc

Community Involvement

As part of the Buster Miles Auto Group, Buster Miles Ford is proud to be an active member of the Helfin, Alabama community. We're a big dealership in a small town, so it's that much more important for us to give back to the people who keep us in business. Our organization gives significant amounts to both local and national charities, but there are other ways we get more directly involved.

Relay for Life

Relay for Life is a signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, and organizers throughout America work with the ACS to run thousands of relays every year. Buster Miles Auto helps run the event in Helfin, and in 2015 we earned a Platinum Sponsorship for our continued support.

Cleburne County Fair

The Cleburne County Fair got its start in 2013 thanks to the county's chamber of commerce, and every year it helps raise funds for local nonprofits. The Buster Miles Auto Group happens to be a title sponsor of the event.

Car Shows for Charity

This one is near and dear to our hearts. Buster Miles Auto works with regional and statewide auto clubs to host, sponsor, and participate in car shows that support charities like United Cerebral Palsy, The Miracle League, and Alabama's Special Camp for Children and Adults. For a few days each year, our lots fill up with classic cars, and ticket proceeds go to worthy charities.

Breast Cancer Awareness

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Buster Miles Auto participates by donating $5 for every test drive we provide and $50 for every car we sell. If a breast cancer survivor happens to buy one of our cars, we donate an hour of dealership time volunteering with a local breast cancer charity.

United Cerebral Palsy

UCP happens to be one of our biggest charity involvements. Aside from car shows, Buster Miles Auto donates money directly, supports child sponsorship, and helps to put on an annual telethon that UCP hosts to raise both money and awareness for cerebral palsy.

At Buster Miles Ford, we believe that community involvement is the best way for a local business like ours to say thanks to the people who help us stay so successful. Buster Miles opened his first dealership back in 1960, and by supporting local businesses, nonprofits, charities, and auto clubs, we hope to enrich our community and make Helfin a great place to live for another 60 years.
